national chairman, a members of the
house ways and means committee, In
charge of such legislation.
Mr. Hull and Representative Old
field of Arkansas, chairman of the
democratic congressional committee,
will prosent a resolution to the house
asking that tho ways anil means com
mittee be empowered to draft a turirr
bill. Neither Mr. Hull or Ohirield has
outlined a dcrinito plan for revision.
