fied that the Pino licit Drinking com
pany, an Oregon corporation, with its
principal office and place of business
at Butte Falls. Jackson county, Ore
gon, is the holder and owner of Cer
tificate of Delinquency No. 01C5, Is
sued on the 3rd day of August, 1922,
hy the Tax Collector of Jackson
County, Oregon, for the amount of
$49. &3. the same being the amount
then due and delinquent for taxes for
the year 1920, together with penalty.
Interest and costs thereon to the date
of said certificate upon the real prop

respective sums, together with the
