the complaint, the plaintiff will apply
to the above entitled court for tho
relief demanded in the prayer of
plaintiff's complaint, which is as fol
lows: Foreclosure of the plaintiff's
mortgage upon the following describ
ed personal property: All counters,
stools, chairs, tables and safes, cook
ing utensils, ice boxes, stocks and fix
tures of every manner and kind UHed
in the operation and in conn nect ion
with Dan's Lunch Koom at 104 West
Main street, Medford, Oregon; said
property now being there located. And
that plaintiff remain in posscs.sittn of
said property as mortgagee, and pay
all sums and incur alp-expenses nec
essary and Incident to the protection
of plaintiff's mortgage, and that tho
said sums and expenditures he added
to plaintiff's mortgage, and that tho
. mortgaged property be sold upon
foreclosure to satisfy plaintiff's mort
gage and all expenditures incurred by
plaintiff, and $50 attorney's fees, and
the costs and disbursements of this
suit and the sale of said property.

judge of the above entitled court in
this cause, on the 6th day of October,
1925, which order directs this sum
mons to be published once each week
in the Medford Mail Tribune, at Med
ford, Oregon, for a period of six con
