of thut the additional two mill levy set
forth in the charter amendment to he
voted upon, be provided at as early
a stage as possible on account of the
present conditions of hoth the dirt and
paved streets, and the need of Increas
ed facilities for fire, sewer and water
main protection to its inhabitants.
