tendent Hedrlck, four ndditlnnal rooms
have had to he opened anil teachers
for them employed In order to care
for the elementary school population.
This increase in school facilities and
teaching force caused by Buch an In
crease in population places a severe
strain on the budget, but the hoard
felt that the district's obligation to
the school children must be met, even
though the expenditure necessitated
Is greater than contemplated.
