Murray was taken to Ihe local jail
and locked up under heavy guard. Ilo
ale a hearty supper but refused to talk
or make any comment on what had
happened.

ranger station, where all cars are ru

Sheriff Luce Is also of the opinion
Ihnt since the bandits obtained a con
siderable supply of foodstuffs at Bin
gen, they wilt take to Ihe hills and
"hide mil" in western slyle rather than
attempt to continue in their automo
bile. If they are accustomed to lite
in the wilderness, they could remain
there for an indefinite time und uh Ihe
