proposed terminal Rite northwest of
Eugene 'wan made last evening at a
special meeting of Eugene citizens.
The promise of n'eeeptnnce was con
tained In a letter from F. L. Rurck

ager. The text of the letter was:
"The Southern Pacific stands ,
