ed a crew working on the Pacific high-

and the state line tn the Sisklyous,

Captain Lowell Smith, head of
America's round-the-world flyers, well
known in Medford, pleaded guilty to
charges of automobile speeding at Los
! Angeles last Wednesday and was fined
'$25. Later the sentence was suspend
ed when Smith told the court he was
"unaware of violating any law."
