Point on n charge ol intoxication. He

pected of operating a still and was

erty. He succeeded in giving his

Central Point, where he bought a tick
et for Milwaukee, Wis. Officers fol
lowing Smith located n still supposed
to belong to him, which they confis
cated, together with the contents of
the building. Smith disappeared with
n' suitcase of clothing and a violin.
