Prune Growers of Jackson County have quantities of prunes that
they have been unable to dispose of. In order to create a market
for this i crop the newly organized branch of the Oregon Retail
Merchants Association has initiated a movement to
Help the Grower Move His Prunes
By designating this week, February 25th to March 1st, as a time
when merchants will feature prunes in window displays and in
advertising and people of this section are urged to cooperate by
buying and eating Jackson County prunes.
Prunes and prosperity go hand in hand.
