The first lot of deeds, -IhsuwI on
certificates of delinquency of nsse.-w-ments
for city improvements have
been received hy the county clerk's
office. There were 75 deeds in the
batch. The law provides that after a
period of three years ha.i elapsed
after the issuance of the certificate
of delinquency, a deed be issued, and
a clear title recorded. Similar deeds
will be comlnt; into the officials
records at reKUlar intervals from now
on. Tlio issuance of the deeds 'has
been a thorn in the side of many local
property holders, and the Impetus for
considerable lCKal skirmishing, and
the latest development, it is predicted,
will cause some more of it.
