Grants Pass Irrigation District, tin
Rogue River Valley Canal company
nnd James McDougnl for damages
amounting to $.1000 by Mrs. Elizabeth
J. B. Adams. In the complaint, Mrs.
Adams states that her homo known
as Locust Hill, three miles southwest
of Grants Pass on the Pacific highway
was damaged by blasting on the Irri
gation canal, construction of which is
being done by the Rogue River Valley
Canal -company. ' Sho sets forth at
length tho facts that stones made
huge holes in the roof, the Interior of
tho house was ruined, crops were
ruined and that she suffered personal
Injury and that doctor's bills were
necessary. She places tho damage to
tho house and premises at $2230 and
tjie damage to her health at $710.
