Found Guilty; Must

Thomas Walton, the convict who was
recently found guilty of murdering two
of bis follow prisoners in the state
ponitentiary, by a superior court jury,
was donlod by Judge E. C. Mills today

Walton had raised a fund for his de
fense In the new trial, had it been
granted. Several of them were intro
