Handon, arrived at the state peniten
tiary horo about 6:30. o'clock this
morning and was immediately Install
ed In the hospital ward where he will
await oxecutlon of. the sentence pro

noon by Circuit Judge Kendall of the
Coos county circuit court.

Sheriff Malehoru of Coos county, sale
that his prisoner en route to Salem
expressed the hope that his astrology

set by Judge Kendall.
Deputy Warden LI I lie, In charge of
prisoners at the-penitentiary, said that
he did not think the books would be
returned to' Covoll. Ha said that' the
cripple appeared to tako his sentence
calmly and showed no visible evidence
of being downcast.
