CHEYENNE. Wyo:, April 23.--What
is said to have been the heav
iest and wettest snow' ever recorded
here so late in the season, has been
felling since Saturday night.' At 11
o'clock this morning the mark stood
at 13 Inches and there was no sign
of a letup. Lander reported 17
inches as the top mark for Wyoming.
There was little difficulty with wires
or trains.
