" Mr. Nicholson was fined 1300 and
sentenced to 3 months In Jail and
Mrs. Nicholson was fined $600 and
sentenced to 6 months' in Jail. The
couple Were arrested near tho place
Where R. H. Price and O. Greer were
arrested Boveral days before, at "The
Island" on' Rogue River several miles
above Gold Hill.
