TACOMA, April 4. Mariners to
this port report that tho annual mi
gration of seals is now on along tho
west coast to tho Bering sea. Native
Indians on the Washington coast,
who are permitted to hunt the seals
with spears are reported going out
in their canoes' and making fair
catches. Tho migration Is protected
from poachers by government, craft.
