The "Oregon Caves Resort" has
been incorporated by 10 local bus mess
men and accommodations are now as
sured for the coming tourist season.
The articles of Incorporation were
taken out after the government had
Issued two permits to the men. The
erection of the camp will begin at
once. George Sobin and Professor
Peck, of O. A. C, now being on the
ground laying out the site. It Is ex
pected that it will be ready In time for

grand jury which has just completed

Patterson, of Junction City, were in
dicted on a charge of slaying female
deer; Roy Edwards was indicted on a
charge of larceny in a building; H.
B. Vedder was indicted for passing a
check with no funds to cover it; Jack
L. Llnch was indicted for larceny by
falsely impersonating another. Ed
wards was later arraigned and plead
ed guilty to the charge of, breaking
into a money box in the Masonic tem
ple over a month ago. He was sen
tenced to serve three years In the
penitentiary but was paroled on good
behavior."
