BALL LEAGUE TO
The opening game of the Y. M. C. A.
Athletic League will be played Mon
day, Jan. 22, between the Baptist and
the Presbyterian teams at the Vinson
bam ou North Itlvorside. The second
game of the evening will be between
the Christian and North Methodist
teams on the same floor.

over the newly renovated and
equipped quarters, which are to houso

the South M. E.'s Thursday, the Pres

shift every team back one day each

Bureau met In Medfurd, Wednesday,
Jan. 17, for the purposo of formulat
ing plans for tho coming year.
It was found that the finances of
the Bureau wore In much better shnpo
than they were a year ago. It was
gratifying to find that a goodly num
ber of members have already paid
their dues for the year 1923.
The matter of strengthening thej
membership of the Bureau was tho
chief topic of discussion. The will
ingness of the business men of tin
county to cooperate with tho pro
ducers was considered and a tentatlvo
plan was outlined for building up a;
substantial membership and for out
lining a program of constructive work
for 1923.
Committees to work out tho details
of these plans were appointed nnd

for giving these plans definite form.
