NOTICE OF BIDS Notice is hereby
given that bids are now called for the
construction of the main-supply canal
of the Eagle Point Irrigation District
with all appurtenant structures. The
plans and specifications can be seen
at the office of the Board of Directors,
Eagle Point, Oregon; copies can be
obtained from the engineers of the
District, Eagle Point, Oregon, upon re
ceipt of a deposit of ten ($10) dollars,
which will be returned to each bona
fide bidder when said plans and speci
fications are returned. The work
involves canal excavation of approxi
mately 180,000 ctt. yds. of material.
The Board of Directors will receive
sealed proposals therefor and the pro
posals opened at the oniee or tne

gon on August 10, 1922, at 10 o'clock
