cut in high school teachers' salaries
was revealed here with the close of the
school year," aays a news telegram
from Klamath Falls. "Women instrnc
tnr and first vear men were reduced
from 1"00 to $1560, men instructors
from $1950 to $1$00. The principal's
salary was cut from 3000 to $2700. De
sides the actual decrease from the
present scale, the teachers lost the
scheduled annual seniority increase.

city were drowned Saturday when
