Mr. Harry Manning, the sweet
voiced songster who formerly resided
In this city and now lives in Grants
Pass, and who makes his 1922 local
concert debut at the Rinlto tonight,
arrived In the city this morning with
his family and stage wardrobe, tested
the accoustlcs of the theater, moved
one or two of them around to better
display his voice, and then pronounced
everything In fine fettle for tonight's
musical Teast. The lobby bulletin board
bills the talented singer as "Medford's
Own Beloved Caruso, Mr. Harry Man
tling, in selections from the gems of
musical masterpieces." Extra precau
tions have been taken by the manage
ment to handle the Immense crowd ex
pected, and to see that no one is in-

to the county clerks of the 3rt Oregon
counties printed copies or his certlfl !

the primary election. The certifica
tion contains, besides the names of
each candidate, the slognns and all

the various county clerks to segregate
from the entire list those candidates
upon whom the voters of his county
