Three Oaks orchards, died April l5th,
st his homo In Minneapolis, Minn. Mr.
Collins married Miss IVrothy Hartiell
in 1914. Although married he waived
exemption during the war and enlisted
as a private In tho 3 Kith Engineers nt
Camp Dodge. Later he was transferred
to the machine gun detachment of the
326th infantry of the K2nd division and
with that unit went to France. He
participated tn the St. M thiol offensive
snd then went with his regiment to
the Argonne where he was tit constant
action for 32 days, during which time
members of his command did not re
move their clothing. ,

graduate of the school of architecture
