Michael Foley, an old time resUcnt

Foley, who was 72 years, 9 months and

turned his gun toward him the officer
fired three shots. Three bullets, with
in a circle ho larger than a dollar, went
through the robber's heart.
Numerous arrests were made last
night following reports of minor robberies.
