The Portland chamber of commerce
has changed front and now favors
adding the Diamond Lake section to
Crater National park. Inclusion of
Diamond lake into Crater Lake Na
tional park was favored by the board
of directors of the chamber in a reso
lution . passed Wednesday. Several
weeks ago the outdoor and recreation
committee of the chamber recommend
ed against Inclusion of Diamond lake,
but since has reconsidered this decls
ion and at Wednesday's meeting a re
port favoring the inclusion was sub
mitted and indorsed by the board.

Pass affirmative team winning in the

Kiver high school. The next debate
