nel in a cliff behind a beautiful water
fall. Phantom Ship was entitled u-
ard Island by the film manufacturers.

the impression that for one precious
glimpse of this natural wonder a per

control of his Ford yesterday morning
about 7 o'clock and crushed, through
the plate glass show-wiudow In the
Toggery. The collision also demolished
a collar show case just east of the
smashed window. An explanation of
the accident was made by John Good
rich who posted a sign which reads as
follows: "Business Coming Too Fast."

Plans for the development of the
second unit of the Tdeut Irrigation
district were approved by State Engi
neer Cupper at Salem last Saturday.
Those plans include an earth fill dam
40 feet high across Keene creek and a
canal lino approximately six miles in
length. Bunds in the amount ot $171,
50u were only recently sold by the dis
trict for the improvement of this unit.
