The case of the state against George
Grigsby on a charge of '-. bootlegging
which has been pending since Sheriff
Terrlll returned , from Portland, with
the defendant last week was to have
been tried at 10 o'clock this morning
but was postponed until 2:30 this
afternoon because counsel tor the de
fense was engaged with another case
in the circuit court in Jacksonville.
Prosecution witnesses have been sub
poenaed and are ready to appear. The
case is now in progress. Attorney
Roberts is representing; the defense
and District Attorney Rawles Moore
