letter from a trust company of Edmon

Rnleigh Matthews will go to trial
next Monday morning on a charge of
second degree murder, arising out of
the fatal . shooting affray at Eagle
Point last September, wherein 'Wilbur
(Wig) Jacks lost his life. This date
was set by the court this, morning.
The trial is expected to last the major
portion of the week, with close to 100
witnesses, for and against The de
