j Harold Dallas enrolled in the
eighth grnle Monday. This makes
two eighth graders In our school,
Viola Hoagland being the other mem
ber. Our picnic nnd rleanup at the
Bt-hool house Saturday was a -fine suc
cess. Nearly all of the work planned
was completed. Miss Burr, the rui'al
supervisor, was with us and spoko to
the patrons on standard schools and
club project work. After Miss Burr
spoke a school meeting was held and
the new budget voted. The school
board decided to buy us new maps
and a new globe.
I Henry Mayer and Curl Stanley took
two. wagon loads of hogs, belonging
to the former, to Eagle Point Mon-
idny. Mr. Mayer sold the hogs to lioy
