GO TO CHUECH SUNDAY.
GOING to church in largely a habit. Church attendance has de
clined the past fifty years, because- a-majority-of tile people,
particularly the younper people, have gottpn out of the habit.
Our forefathers went to church as regularly as they went to the
dinner table, more regularly perhaps. Church attendance was a
matter of course. They had been brought up that way. The church
hubit eaujiht them young and held them.
Hut as the independence of youth increased, and freedom of
thought increased with it. the church habit gradually declined. There

Busiest Men in Country Find Time
to Go to Church. Do You?
No man Is too busy, no roan's time so precious, that he cannot
nfford to spend a small part of one day in seven in the house of God.
Don't lie in bed on the Sabbath morn. The church services are
not at an early hour. Six days in the week a man will rush for the
office to be in time for business. That Is all .right, tie should be
prompt in his business duties. He should also be prompt la his bus
iness with Clod. It is true that this is a rush age. But the biggest
men in tho country, the men whose services are worth aa much In aa
hour as the ordinary mua'a are la a day, may be seen for aa soar and
more every Sabbath in church. These men find time to GO TO
Ctlli'UCIl. They realize the seriousness of their obligation. They
are not shirkers. They do not consider it a sign of weakness to be
seen in church. They want to-be seen there. All honor to these men.
