This 'is a birthday party. Tuesday,
Oct. .4,. was the sixth birthday ot two
of' Miss Collins' little folks, Madge
Ruhzman and Dorothy Wight, When
the children of the first grade 'returned
from, the afternoon recess, they were
surprised to find the shades drawn In
their room and on the table lit the
front of the room birthday . , cakes,
lighted with the sit candles anil decor
ated with a beautiful wreath of dainty

gracefully took thei places .at the

kite.' Madge and Dorothy assisted by

mate with a piece-of the birthday cake.
At. the close of the parly Miss Collins
asked the little hostesses to shand and
instructed each little friend to conn up
and' shake hands and say. "I had a
good tinio at your. birthday party." ,
