Disquieting news to those persons
who have cottages at Lake of the
Woods is the following Item in the
Klamath ' Dully Record: "Wicker
chairs and various articles or house
hold furniture are floating around in
Lake 'of the Woods, according to J. A.
Gordon who recently mado a trip
there. The water is eight or ton feet
higher in the lake than last year, ho
reports and In some Instances is
threatening to enter cabins on the
shore. Five hours was required to
rescue his car which sank ill the mud
whore the road was flooded."
