The funeral services over the Jate
Chas. Prim, pioneer citizen of Jackson
county and Jacksonville, anil former
county Judge,, held at 3 o'clock this
afternoon in the Jacksonville cemetery
were largely attended. The services
were inder the auspices of the Sled-
ford Klks lodse of which JihIko Prim
was a memher. The body arrived on
the morning train from Portland ac
companied by a daughter, Mrs. A. I
Uckelson, and her husband and their
two children of that city. A delega
tion of Klks and Jacksonville citizens
Including Louis Ulrlch, Kd Helms and
J. W. Hybeo met the family at the
train. They will bo tho guests of Mr.
and Mrs: Ixiuls tJlrich during their
Stay In Jacksonville.

for the opening of the season on July
1st. On that date all antos can easily
reach the hotel. At present one can
only go wllliiu twelve miles of the lake
and must make the rest of tho trip on
snowshoes. There aro 48 inches ol
snow at Anna spring camp, and be-
tween there and the hotel thero are
drifts of B or B feet.

ville bank cases In the circuit court
