tance of a compromise offer by the
fishermen and at six o'clock tonight
f ishing on all sections of the river will
fye resumed.- The compromise offer

large chinooks, all, fish weighing 23
pounds each or more, was accented at

bidder at not less than the appraised
value as shown by this notice, sale t"

fifib of one percent thereof, being
commissions allowed, must be deposit
ed at time of sale, money to be return
ed if sale is not approved, otherwise
patent will issue for the timber which
