day evening, as a climax to the obser
vance of Oregon Products week. Aside
from floral embellishments, decorative
effects were In orange and black, col
ors which also have predominated the
current week in store windows in sen

general merchandise. Banquet details
were supervised systematically by a
dozen or more committees, represent
ing all phases of activity, including
sale of tickets, table, piece a la resis
tance, cold meats, vegetables, potato,
macaroni ala tomato. Salads, ice
cream and cake, coffee, etc.. lCven the

ing form and given a prominent place
