land, brother of Sir Francis Webster,
the prominent flax manufacturer and
wealthy man of that country who

is to the effect that the irrigation and
drainage commisiyon has deliyed cer

amount of $25,000. The Talent bonds
are required in connection with tin
agreement with the Jackson county
court,. whereby the road Is to he chang
ed so as to go around the Emigrant
creek reservoir, for the purchase of
additional rights of wa In the reser
voir and for other purposes. The pro
ceeds from $15,000 Squaw creek bonds
are required to -meet outstanding in
debtedness and the remaining $10,000
is to be held future permanent im
provements. In both cases the com
mission requested additional information.
