Every prominent charitable organization In the country hoi endoroed the
Hoover European Aid fund, and practically every district In the country ha
contributed liberally. That there Ir wjde spread oupport In Jackion county
for title aid to three and a half million starving chjldren la demonstrated by
the liberal' response to the appeal made by this paper.
It Is the jiurposs of the Mall Trlbuno to conclude the campaign as far as
It Is concerned at the end of this week, and promptly' forward the fund col
lected to state headquarters. Persons who wish to be included In this free
will offering to starving children, are therefore urged to send In their con
tributions at the earliest possible moment.
