There was another heavy fall of
ruin last night amounting to ,r4 of
an inch which left water standing In
pools and small lakes in the lav
places In yards and on the streets.
The total rainrall since September
this morning was 9.8S inches. The
spring-like temperature of this fore
noon with a low barometer, together
with the sun shining thru heavy
clouds and the prediction of rain
made another storm seem likely.
