20th day of March, 1920, Etta Colo
man filed her petition with the board
ot Directors of Medford Irrigation
District, praying that tho following
land of the petitioner lying within
said District be excluded therefrom,
that Is to say:
Land in Sections 3, 10, 4, 9, Town
ship 38, Range 1 West, Deed Records
Vol. 20, page 308, Lots 6, 6, 7, Part
Lot 4 in D. L. C. No'. 83, boing 245.78
acres. Of this amount the following
tracts are to be retained within the
District, 20 acres of Bear Creek Bot
tom west of the County Road; 15
acres cast of tho barn 'and 5 acres
adjoining the house on the south.

of Directors of suid District make and
file an order excluding suid lands

Furniture & Hardware 'Building, on
North Central Avenue. In the City of
Medford, Oregon, on the Oth day of
April, 1920,' at ten o'clock In tho
forenoon of that day, and then and
there to show cause in writing, if any
they have, why the change of the
boundaries of said District as pro
posed in said petition should not bo
made.

amount then due and delinquent for
