"I bellovo a man woulil bo ungrate
ful not to tell the world about any
thing that had done him so much
good as Tanlac has done me," was
tno statement made recently by Rob
ort Wallace of SCO Alberta St., Port
land, Oregon.
"For about a year I was In such a
weakened condition that 1 could hard
ly do my work," continued Mr. Wal
lace." I had choking chills and burn-
Ing fevers every few days and I had
(hooting pains through my neck and
face just like neuralgia. When I got
home from work every night I was
almost exhausted and went right' to
bed but by morniui: 1 felt just as tired
out as 1 did the night before. I had
a poor appetite and the little I ate
did me moro harm than good and
caused mo to suffer terribly after
wards. 1 hnd littlo strength or en
orgy and from morning till night 1
fult weak and worn-out. '
"Several of my friends advised me
to take Tanlac, but as I had lost faith
in medicine I did not take their ad
vice, but when I read in the papers
that it -was doing so much good for
peoplo all over the country I decided
to try it. Well, sir, it has fixed ino
up so fino and I am now feeling like
d new man. I don't have the uains
In my neck and face any more and
the chills and the fever are a thing of
the past. I have a fine appetite and
can oat anythng I ploaso without any
trouble at all. I get up every racrn-
ing aftor a good night's rest feeling
so refreshed 1 am ready for a big
day's work as any man. 1 think so
much of Tanlac 'that 1 am telling all
my friends about it."

!Mr. A. Czarnecki. 05 7 Montgomery

as follows:
"1 must admit that the use of the
.1. B. L. Cascade' has cured chronic
constipation from which I suffered.
Since May 12, 1913, I have never even
tasted any kind of patent medicine or
purgative. My health is excellent In
every respect."
Over half a million blight, keen,
Intelligent Americans have found
that Internal Bathing is moro essen
tial to their health than external
baths
Have found that used occasionally
at night they feel like different peo
ple the next morning. No more of
that bilious, tired, nervous feeling,
but having by nature's own cleanser
antiseptic warm water removed
all the poisonous waste from the low
er intestine, they awake thoroughly
refreshed by normal sleep, with all
their functions acting properly, clear
headed, huppy and confident, eager
at.d capable for the duties of the day.
Why not learn more about this rap
Idly growing and natural practice?
The "J. 13. L. Cascade" is tho inven
tion of Chas. A. Tyrrell, M.D., of New
York, a specialist on internal baths
for 25 years, and is now being shown
and explained by Heath's and West
