freeholders, legal voters and assess
ment payers within said District, and

by commanded, and required to ap
pear and answer the petition of the
plaintiffs' filed herein against you,
and each of yen, in the above entitled
cause on or before Tuesday, March
fith, 1920, at 9:30 a. m. in the Court
Room of the above entitled court;
and if you fail bo tn appear and de
mur or answer within said time said
plaintiffs will apply to the court for
the relief prayed for In the petition
on file herein, to-wit:
For judgment and decree of said
court to the effect that the said Eagle
Point Irrigation District 1b a duly arid
regularly organized irrigation district
under and pursuant to the laws of the
State of Oregon. That all elections
held by said District have been held
in the, manner provided by law and
are valid; that the indebtedness in
curred by said District-.und the war
rants issued therefor are legal and
binding obligations of the District
and the same are regular and that all
acts, orders and things done by the
Board cf Directors of said Irrigation
District and by the officers of Jack
son County and of the State of Ore
gon were, and are, valid nnd in the
manner provided by iaw; that the
authorization by the electors of said
district for the isHUlng of bonds- in
the sum of two hundred thousand
($200,000.00) dollars is in all things
legal and regular and was legally
voted; and for a judicial determina
tion and examination and judgment
of the court as to the legality and
regularity ot the organization of said
district and of all Its acts and doings.
