Pupils will report to their regular
buildings and rooms for report cards
and assignment cards next Monday at
the usual time. Promotions will he
made at that time under the direc
tion cf the several principals, and as
signment made by principals.
The two clays, Thursday and Fri
day, will bo set aside for instructors
to make out reports, grade, check,
etc., the work in detail ho that tho
regular work of the second semester
may be begun with u clean slate.
Pupils entering the first grade,
thut is, beginners, should .report to
the principals in each building re
assignment to rooms. Such assign
ment will be made by the principals
only.
All pupils between tho ages of 1(1
and 1 H who have not finished the
eighth grade work and who have not
been In school up to this time are
requested to file their names in the
office of superintendent so plans may
bo completed for tho part-time
