The jury in the case against Mark
Foster, a young- man-charged with
criminal" assault on a young girl last
fall, returned a-jferdiet of guilty In
circuit court early this , afternoon,
after having only been out a short
time. The case, which went to trial
Monday morning, had been contin
ued a number of times for divers
reasons. Foster, was a jitney driver
at the time the crime was committed
and inviting the girl for a ride took
her out to a lonely road on the out
skirts of the city.
