don case in a resolution adopted by
the Iowa house of representatives
early today, marking the defeat ot

Two reports ot the Judiciary will
come before the bouse regarding

mending his exoneration and the

today flew to Jacksonville, Florida,
on the last leg of a cross-country
tour from San Diogo, Calif.. Major
Macauley loft hero early today, ar
riving at Jacksonville at 8:40 o'clock
and returned here at It. He lett
soon after for Fort Worth.
According to Souther fiold offic
ials, Major Macauley traveled from
San Diego, Calif., to Jacksonvflle in
19 hours' flying time, an average ot
137 miles an hour. He mado four
stops, at Tucson, Sweetwater, Fort
