Chief of Police Timothy arrested
a man and woman from Grants Pass
late Tuesday night in the northerly
outskirts of the city on a disorderly
conduct charge, and on Prosecutor
Roberts advice released them on J 15
ball each to appear in court Wednes
day. The couple" forfeited their bail
money and fled the city.
