Tho new allottments of garments
to be made have arrived. There are
1500 of them., We need women to
sew on Monday, Wednesday and Fri
day. A number of church and social
organizations are' taking these gar
ments, into their meetings. Some
women with cares at home -which
make It Impossible for them to go to
the work rooms, are forming neigh
borhood groups of four or five
friends and taking these garments.
Cannot more of the women ot 'Med
ford help with this work in some
such way? We prefer to do the work
In tho work rooms because of greater
convenience, but it you can not come
there will you not plan to give one
afternoon a week in some other way.
Our desire is to finish this heavy
allottment of garments before the
hot weather. We expect a lull in
garment making, for the summer at
least. Coma and help the few faith
ful women who are trying to carry on
our share of the groat work ot relief
