estalillshing a snecial' fund to be
known as "LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
REDEMPTION FUND" and providing
for the payment into and disburse
ment from said fund of said moneys.
The City . of Medford doth ordain
as follows:
Section 1.' That there is hereby
Treated and established a Special
Fund to be known and designated as
"Local Improvement Redemption
Fund."
: Sec. 2. Into said Fund shall be
credited all moneys paid to the City
Treasurer for tho redemption of pro
perty sold under Certificate of Sale
for local improvements. Upon the
presentation to tho City Treasurer
for enncellntlon of any outstanding
certificate of sale in cases where re-
donmtton of tho property by such
certificate shall theretofore have
been mndo by the owner of such pro
perty, or any person In his behalf, the
uiiy Treasurer snail pay to tne per
son so surrendering such certificate
of safe from the Redemption Fund
the amount of money paid into such
fund for the redemption of such pro
porty. .. . . -
The foregoing ordinance was pass
eil by the City Council of the City of
Medford on the 18th day of February
1919 by tho following vote:
