Section 1. That Section 1 of Or
dinance No. 905 entitled "An Ordin
ance authorizing and providing for
tho Isntin and sale ot Refunding Im
provement Hands. Issue of 1919. of
tho City of Medford, Orogon. Ap
proved January 7. 1919. be and the
samo Is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Sue, 1. I'ndcr and pursunnt to
the provisions of t'.ie charter of the
City of Modford, Refunding Improve
ment Hands of the City of Medford In
the amount sufficient to pay and re
deem tno Indebtedness herelnlieiore
referred to and represented by the
outstanding Improvement Honds, un-
