office at Roseburg, Orogon, to the
hlghost bidder at not less than the
appraised value as shown by this
notice, sale to be subject to the ap
proval of the Secretary of the In
terior. The purchase price, with an
additional sum of one-firth of one
per .'cent thereof, being commissions
allowed, must be deposited at time
of sale, money to be returned It sale

be romoed within ten years. Bids
