Intensive course of Instruction at the
Agricultural and Mechanical College
of Texas, declared that the men now
are capable of determining tho state
of weather for a distance of twelve
milcu above the earth.
It is the plan of the war depart
lr.ent to train 1000 men at the col
lege, which is the only school of gen
eral meteorology in the country, and
this will necessitate two more
